If, for any reason, our TMS provider fails to give us any avaliable delivery method we must have a fallback strategy to let the customer complete the purchase. Below is the priority of such case.
- TMS provider: As long as Walley Checkout is able to get a successfull response withing reasonable time, it will be used as our primary source of delivery methods.
- No delivery selection: If the above fails to provide a valid response, the customer will get a message that no suitable delivery method could be found for the delivery address and that a delivery option will be selected by the Merchant after purchase. Customer will be able to complete the purchase without a selected delivery method.
For case 2. above, the delivery will always be free of charge for the customer and must be created manually after purchase.
