Collector's instalment payment campaigns

In collaboration with Collector Bank AB, we offer invoices for special instalment payment campaigns. When you select this payment option, Collector will send the invoice to you the following month, with a due date at the end of the month. The additional fees that are incurred are stated at checkout when you select payment by instalments. To follow the instalment plan you need to pay the amount stated on the invoice each month. A minor credit check is carried out, which in some cases requires credit information. In the event of delayed or missed payments, a late payment fee and penalty interest is added.

Calculcation of monthly cost for interest free part payment

The formula used to calculate the cost is the following:

(Order sum + (Invoice fee * months)) / months

Here's an example: if the total basket value is 3456 SEK, it gives the following calculation:

(3456 + (29 * 12)) / 12 = 317 SEK/mån

Please note that an origination fee is added to the first invoice. The standard set of instalment plans and their origination fees and interest rates can be found in the table below, however, please refer to your merchant agreement with Collector to get the correct origination fee amounts.

Using the example amount above and an origination fee of 295 kr, a first invoices lowest amount to pay would be 317 + 295 = 612 SEK.

Calculation of monthly cost for annuity payment

The formula used to calculate the cost is the following:

CapitalDebt * (MonthlyInterestRate / ((1 + MonthlyInterestRate) ^ Months - 1)) + CapitalDebt * MonthlyInterestRate + InvoiceFee

Here's an example: if the total basket value is 3456 SEK, it gives the following calculation:

3456 * (1,6583% / ((1 + 1,6583%) ^ 18 - 1)) + 3218 * 1,66583% +29 = 205 SEK/mån

Please note that an origination fee is added to the first invoice. The standard set of instalment plans and their origination fees and interest rates can be found in the table below, however, please refer to your merchant agreement with Collector to get the correct origination fee amounts.

Using the example amount above and an origination fee of 295 SEK, a first invoices lowest amount to pay would be 225 + 295 = 500 SEK.

Please note that the amount to pay per month should be rounded up to the nearest integer, and the lowest amount is always 50 SEK.
