Order administration (optional)
After an order has been placed, it is time to activate the order rows and perhaps perform returns and adjustments. This is done through our Management API or manually through our Merchant Hub.
Order administration​
For your convenience, you use the same token for authentication when calling our Management API to administer your orders as you did to initialize and get checkout information. If the token expired you simply acquire a new one.
Call | Explanation |
---|---|
Capture / Part capture orders | When you are ready to ship items to your customers. Results in an activated or partly activated order |
Refund / Part refund orders | When a return is made you use this call to refund money to the end customer. |
Cancel orders | This is used to cancel all rows on an order that has not yet been activated. |
