Activating
When your order is ready to be shipped you must activate the order. This means that the order is ready to be sent to the customer and will leave the Not activated
state.
Follow these steps to activate an order:
- Choose an order from order search and click on it to go to order details.
- Click on the "Activate" button. An activate articles modal should be shown.
- Check or uncheck the articles that you would like to activate. You can also choose to only activate some quantity of the produce if it has more than 1 in quantity.
- Click on "Activate"
The order should now have changed status from Not Activated to Activated.
Part activating​
If you chose to only activate some items when activating an order, it will become Partly activated. You can choose to activate the rest of the articles at a later date. This can be useful when there are back order items that will be shipped at a later date.
If the order has invoice as payment method, an notification will be sent out to the customer each time the order is activated.
