Edit & Add articles

After an order has been created, you can make an adjustment on the articles, add a new article, add a fee or add a discount. Adjustments are amounts not limited to certain articles, and can be used for discounts, price adjustments etc.

To perform adjustments​

To make an adjustment, click on an order to go to the order details. Press the button called "Edit". You will then be presented with a modal window.

Add an article​

Please note that the article field "Description" will be seen on the invoice.

  1. Click on the "Add article" button.
  2. Fill in the new article data.
  3. Click "Add" button.
  4. When done adding the desired amount of articles, click on "Update Order" button to complete the changes.

Add a discount or fee​

Please note that the discount price will automatically show as negative even though it is input as positive.

  1. Click on the "Add fee" or "Add discount" button.
  2. Fill in the data for the discount or fee. The article number will automatically be set to "Discount" or "Fee" depending on what you choose.
  3. Click "Add" button.
  4. When done adding the desired amount of articles, click on "Update Order" button to complete the changes.

Edit an article​

  1. Click on the "pen" icon button on the article row you would like to edit.
  2. Edit desired information
  3. Click "Apply" button.
  4. When done editing the article, click on "Update Order" button to complete the changes.
Please note
  • On an activated order, the rows that are activated will show as an adjustment, while the non-activated rows will be shown as a replace.
